AI Product Manager [AI]

We're Hiring: Project Manager (AI) | LATAM

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI-driven products and software initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead AI and software development projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Track project progress using Jira and ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and remove blockers to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Drive successful delivery while maintaining high quality and execution standards.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in software or technology environments.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, or data-driven products is highly preferred.

• Experience in the Out-of-Home (OOH) or Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising industry is a strong plus, especially working with advertising technology, media platforms, or digital advertising solutions.
