About the Role

We are hiring a high-level operator in Brazil to take ownership of our recruiting infrastructure, sourcing engine, and AI-driven systems.

Responsibilities

  • Run the current recruiting operations engine
  • Manage sourcing + data execution
  • Simultaneously build the future state using AI and automation

Core Responsibilities

Own Recruiting Operations (Day-to-Day Execution)

  • Manage full workflow: job intake → sourcing → outreach → submission → close
  • Ensure speed, organization, and execution across all active searches
  • Identify and prioritize revenue-generating activities
  • Maintain operational consistency across the team

Lead Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Personally drive sourcing on key searches (this is not purely managerial)
  • Build and optimize candidate pipelines using:
  • LinkedIn
  • CRM systems
  • Data tools and enrichment workflows
  • Manage and oversee a data/sourcing support resource
  • Improve speed, quality, and output of candidate identification

AI & Automation Implementation

  • Introduce and deploy AI tools to improve:
  • Sourcing
  • Outreach
  • Note-taking
  • CRM updates
  • Workflow automation
  • Build prompt libraries and repeatable systems
  • Identify where AI replaces manual effort and increases output
  • Continuously test and refine AI-driven workflows

CRM & Database Infrastructure

  • Own and evolve our CRM ecosystem (primarily Crelate and Outplay)
  • Redesign database structure (contacts, companies, work history, tagging)
  • Lead long-term strategy around:
  • Data quality
  • Searchability
  • AI-readiness of the database
  • Develop scalable processes for data enrichment and maintenance

Sales Process Alignment

  • Operate with a sales-first mindset
  • Understand how sourcing, outreach, and process directly impact revenue
  • Support pipeline generation and deal flow
  • Ensure systems are built to increase placements, not just organization

Qualifications

  • Fluent English + U.S. Business Acumen (Non-Negotiable)
  • Strong verbal and written English
  • Comfortable operating in a U.S.-based business environment
  • Understands expectations around speed, communication, and accountability

Required Skills

  • AI & Systems-Oriented Thinker
  • Experience using AI tools in a business setting (LLMs, automation, workflows)
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering and practical application
  • Ability to evaluate tools and implement quickly
  • CRM & Operations Experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS systems (Crelate, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience building or improving workflows and data systems
  • Strong understanding of database structure and data integrity
  • Sourcing & Recruiting Exposure
  • Experience in recruiting, executive search, or talent sourcing preferred
  • Understands how to identify and engage high-level candidates
  • Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, search environment
  • Operator Mentality
  • Moves fast and prioritizes what drives revenue
  • Can manage execution while building systems simultaneously
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
  • Takes ownership—does not wait for direction

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not HR
  • Not administrative support
  • Not a passive “systems manager”

This is a hands-on operator role responsible for:

  • Driving sourcing output
  • Improving systems
  • Building AI infrastructure
  • Supporting revenue growth
