Product Manager / Product Owner

The Role

This role combines Product Management, Product Ownership and Forward Deployed Engineering responsibilities.

The Product Manager / PO owns the internal product direction, backlog prioritization and product evolution, while also acting as the primary delivery and product interface for customers. The role is responsible for discovering new customer use cases, translating business needs into product and technical requirements, coordinating delivery activities, and ensuring successful execution.

The role operates across two connected dimensions:

Internal Product Management

• Product strategy and roadmap
• Backlog ownership and prioritization
• Product requirements and technical definition
• AI agents and product capabilities
• Collaboration with Engineering, AI/ML, Data and Security

Customer / Forward Deployed Engineering

• Customer discovery and use case identification
• Project and delivery planning
• Customer project coordination
• Status reporting and communication
• RAID management
• Requirements and acceptance criteria
• Coordination of FDE delivery activities
• Identification of opportunities for new product capabilities

What You’ll Do

• Own the Product backlog, prioritization, roadmap and product outcomes.
• Lead customer discovery and identify new use cases and product opportunities.
• Define and build AI agents and AI-powered product capabilities in partnership with Engineering and AI/ML.
• Translate customer needs into clear business, functional and technical requirements.
• Act as PO / FDE lead for assigned customers and use cases.
• Create and maintain Project Plans, Status Reports and RAID Logs.
• Coordinate customer delivery activities, milestones, dependencies and acceptance.
• Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Security and customers to deliver scalable solutions.

Who You Are

• Product-minded, customer-focused and highly execution-oriented.
• AI-fluent and comfortable working hands-on with LLMs, RAG and AI agents.
• Strong understanding of product development, technical requirements and enterprise workflows.
• Experienced in customer discovery and project/delivery management.
• Able to operate effectively across Product, Engineering and customer teams.
• Strong communicator with disciplined prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Professional fluency in English and Portuguese.

Nice to Have

• Experience building enterprise AI assistants, AI agents or RAG-based products.
• Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering or customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, APIs, integrations and enterprise data.
• Experience with enterprise security, permissions and regulated environments.
