What Will You Do?

As a Product Manager Sênior at Stone, you will design and evolve conversation flows for Lucy, the commercial AI agent, across Site, App, and WhatsApp with adaptive questions. You will plan and run A/B tests on new flows with control groups to decide production changes based on data. Additionally, you will lead the evolution of Lucy toward multiproduto qualification identifying needs for banking, credit, and other products during conversations.
