Senior AI Developer (LATAM) | Remote

Overview

Build AI products end-to-end.

We’re looking for a Senior AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered features across the full stack. You’ll work across Frontend, Backend, and AI, turning real business problems into production-ready solutions.

What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end AI features using React, Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and Python
• Develop AI workflows with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, and modern LLM frameworks
• Design and implement RAG systems, embeddings, vector search, and AI agents
• Build APIs, backend services, and intelligent automations
• Apply prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization techniques
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ship AI-driven features
• Monitor and improve system and model performance in production

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years building AI or LLM-powered applications
• Strong experience with Node.js, React, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and Python
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
• Experience building scalable APIs and production systems
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• English proficiency required

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI agents and workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Vellum)
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Background in healthcare, staffing, marketplaces, or operations-heavy platforms
