Role Description

This is a full-time role for an AI Engineer where you will:

• Build and improve AI systems that generate and evaluate real-world interview simulations
• Design evaluation frameworks that measure reasoning, tradeoffs, and decision-making
• Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) to create reliable, high-signal outputs
• Identify failure modes in AI behavior and improve system robustness
• Collaborate closely with product and founders to define what “good” looks like in hiring
• Ship quickly and iterate based on real usage

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals (ability to build end-to-end systems)
• Experience working with LLMs in production environments
• Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and identify weaknesses
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong product intuition and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM evaluation, benchmarking, or prompt systems
• Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or systems design
• Experience building 0→1 products
