Location / Remote: Remote -- Candidates who reside outside the United States will be considered.
Time Zone: Must be willing to work Eastern Timezone Hours
Employment Type: 12-month contract (W-2, C2C).
Compensation: Up to 73 U.S. dollars per hour (depending on experience).
This role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI-driven automation solutions. The Agentic Solutions Architect will play a hands-on role in architecting secure, scalable, and production-ready intelligent automation systems that integrate AI agents, enterprise platforms, APIs, and data systems. Success in this position requires deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of automation architecture, and the ability to guide teams in implementing innovative AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Architect enterprise-grade intelligent automation solutions integrating AI agents, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Design and implement multi-step workflows involving AI agents, RPA bots, and enterprise applications.
- Establish architecture patterns for orchestration, exception handling, approvals, and auditability.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform AI tools, including Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
- Architect secure integrations between AI agents, automation platforms, and enterprise data systems, particularly Databricks.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Evaluate emerging agent technologies and recommend best practices for adoption.
- Develop repeatable architecture standards, patterns, and governance practices for AI automation.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise automation architecture, or similar roles.
- Proven experience delivering AI-driven or intelligent automation solutions in production environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot / Power Platform AI capabilities (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with Azure AI services or Microsoft AI Foundry.
- Strong experience designing API-driven integrations and distributed automation architectures.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise data platforms, with a preference for Databricks.
- Ability to design secure, scalable, and production-ready AI automation solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with enterprise RPA platforms such as UiPath or similar.
- Experience designing multi-agent workflows or human-in-the-loop automation systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise Automation or AI Centers of Excellence.
- Expertise in establishing architecture standards, reusable components, and automation governance frameworks.
