ABOUT THE ROLE

Pipefy is building an AI layer to transform how Revenue Operations teams work.

This is a hybrid role combining AI engineering, data, and business strategy — focused on building real solutions that impact revenue. You’ll design and deploy AI agents and automations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, turning data into measurable business outcomes.

🚀 WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build AI Agents & Automations
    • Design AI agents on top of CRM data to detect anomalies and trigger proactive insights
    • Automate workflows like lead scoring, onboarding, data hygiene, and forecasting
    • Create account intelligence, pre-meeting briefs, and expansion signals
    • Orchestrate workflows across CRM, BI, CS, and marketing tools
  • Own Data & Infrastructure
    • Structure, clean, and document datasets for AI and analytics
    • Build and maintain real-time data pipelines
    • Define data governance (naming, validation, processes)
    • Fix inconsistencies in Salesforce and integrated systems
  • Create Tools & Interfaces
    • Develop MCPs and custom AI skills
    • Build dashboards (Claude, Lovable, etc.)
    • Write clear documentation in Markdown
    • Create simple interfaces for non-technical users
  • Partner with the Business
    • Translate business needs into AI solutions
    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS Ops
    • Help define the AI roadmap for RevOps
    • Track and communicate ROI of automations

🧠 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • AI & Automation
    • Experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, etc.)
    • Building agents, prompts, and workflows
    • Python / JavaScript for automation
    • Multi-step orchestration
  • Data & Systems
    • Strong SQL skills
    • Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce)
    • BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
    • APIs, webhooks, integrations
  • Communication
    • Strong documentation (Markdown)
    • Ability to explain complex solutions clearly
  • Business Acumen
    • Understanding of RevOps metrics (funnel, churn, CAC, LTV, etc.)
    • Experience with Marketing, Sales, or CS workflows
    • Ability to apply AI to real business problems
