Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a skilled AI Developer to join their innovative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building AI agents and platforms, working with Django or Node, and a strong understanding of various AI functionalities.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and implement AI-driven systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers, CTO, and CIO to ensure project alignment.
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings.
• Work asynchronously using Slack and Linear for communication.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Senior or upper medium level experience in AI development.
• Strong knowledge of AI systems, including building and implementing AI agents.
• Proficiency in Django, Node, or both.
• Experience working with LLMs and agent systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with remote work tools such as Slack, Linear, and GitHub.
• Experience with multimodal systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Personality:

• Strong communication skills and ability to participate in team meetings.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Open to working in a flexible schedule, including weekends if necessary.
