Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions using LLMs, applying advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• Implement integration patterns such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and MCP.
• Manage the lifecycle of LLM-based solutions, including the orchestration of AI agents for complex tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate LLM solutions into production systems.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in LLMs, tools, and integration techniques.

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in Python and software engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM integration tools (RAG, MCP, context management).
• Familiarity with agent orchestrators and frameworks such as Langraph and Pydantic AI.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish.

Nice to Have:

• Experience fine-tuning LLMs.
• Experience with AI/ML services on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Public portfolio with projects in NLP or LLM.
